SHIPPING POLICY

Cleo Colours ships packages to US and US territories only. All orders placed through Cleo Colours are processed between 5-7 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

All orders are shipped via USPS Mail. Once your packaged is scanned and tracked, delivery is under the responsibility of your local carrier. Orders normally take 3-5 business days to arrive, but may take more time during holiday season(s). Cleo Colours will not be held liable for damage inflicted by USPS carriers.

It is important to fill out your shipping information accurately. Cleo Colours will not be held responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information filled out by the customer upon checkout. If the package gets returned to sender, Cleo Colours will not be held responsible for additional shipping fees. Cleo Colours will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Any questions or concerns regarding lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported to USPS at https://emailus.usps.com/s/ (https://emailus.usps.com/s/).

Following information must be included for all email inquiries:
    1.    First and last name used to ship order
    2.    Order number
    3.    Attached receipt with items ordered

Lack of information will delay responses.
