BOOKING POLICY

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit is required and will go towards your service. For any reason if you need to cancel, the deposit is only valid for the scheduled date & time the appointment was originally made.

RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you have a scheduled appointment & want to reschedule to another day or to a last minute availability post, you will not be able to transfer your previous deposit to the rescheduled appointment. A new non refundable deposit is required for rebooking.

LATE POLICY
Cleo Colours allows a grace period of 15 minutes. If you are unable to arrive within the 15 minute grace period, your appointment will be marked and considered as a cancellation and a late fee of 50% of your deposit will be charged. You will be required to reschedule and submit a new deposit.

2 CONSECUTIVE CANCELLATIONS WILL REQUIRE A NON REFUNDABLE 50% PAYMENT OF THE FULL SERVICE IN ORDER TO REBOOK.
